Paypal payments without transfer fees

This works if you are making a payment and your funding source is from your paypal funds or your bank account.

Login to your paypal account, and find the Send Money to a Friend button along the top...

The final page should show the payment information and that there are no transfer fees. When making a personal payment there is no shipping address provided by Paypal so use the note section to add a shipping address...

When the payment is sent to me it will show an account name of Joseph on your email receipt, this is the name on my account.
